New world of warcraft instance lockout system question?
When looking at my raid information it shows -
-The Ruby Sanctum
Heroic
-Icecrown Citadel
Heroic
Does this mean that although you cannot do the same boss on 10 man, then again on 25 man during the same week you can do the same boss in the same week on a different difficulty ? example: One night i clear the entirety of ICC 25hc with my guild, then the next day i can go in a pug ICC 25 normal and clear however many boss they can manage. Would this work ?
I think what you are asking is if you can do the old ToC then ToGC in a week type of a lockout right? The answer is no sadly, since ICC has been out you haven’t been able to clear a normal ICC 25 then a ICC H-25. With patch 4.0 you can no longer to 10 and 25 in one week no matter the difficulty of a raid, but they made the lockout system different, lets say that you do a 25 man and you clear to LK, but don’t kill him. You can jump in a random 25m PuG and not be locked out. But you couldn’t do a fresh 10m until next week, just LK cause that’s all that is left on your lockout.
