I am getting into Warhammer 40k and I have prepared an army list can anyone offer suggestions?

9 dire avengers, 1 exarch with fleet of foot, dire sword and bladestorm
2 squads of pathfinders 5 in each
1 Fire prism with prism cannon,holo-field, spirit stones and a shuriken cannon
4 warp spiders, 1 exarch with spinneret, hit and run, and surprise assault
1 wraith lord with wraith-sight, catapults and flamer, wraithsword and a scatter laser
5 fire dragons with an exarch equipped with Fleet of Foot, Melta Bombs, Fusion Blaster, Fire Pike, Dragon’s Breath Flamer, Tank Hunters, Crack Shot
2 shining spears/1 exarch who has Eldar Jetbike, Shuriken Cannon, Power Weapon, Skilled Rider, Withdraw

My biggest problem with this list is the complete lack of CC other than the Avatar. This is going to be a problem because the Avatar will be one of the first targets your enemy goes for, the other two being the wraith lord and fire prism. Also I hope you mean ranger and not pathfinders cause people may not appreciate you using Tau in an Eldar force. My suggestion is if this is drop the warp spiders and avatar and get a farseer with a warlock retinue and a squad of either harlequins or howling banshees, and beef up your anti-tank.
