Eve Character Has The Objective Of Capturing
One of the most popular massively multiplayer online role playing games (MMORPG) around is eve online. It is not popular without a reason. The game has a huge scope for imagination when it comes to game play. In a MMORPG the gamers can get the excitement which they cannot get from any other video game. The reason for this is that an Indian gamer can compete against a Hungarian through the online server and gain the pleasure of having outwitted his counterpart. This is one of the basic reasons why massively multiplayer online role playing games are gaining popularity. The past decade has been dominated by these MMORPGs when it comes to video games. The system allows players from all over to the world to play against each other and in some cases co-exist with each other.
Eve online was developed by CCP games. The underlying theme of the environment is Space science fiction theme. The concept allows players to play the game from their space ships. There is a vast collection of star systems. All the star systems are connected to each other. The Eve character is first allowed to choose a race. After this is done the eve character is assigned a profession depending on the race to which it belongs and also the educational qualification of the eve character. The profession may be Trading, Mining, Exploration or Manufacturing. Apart from these options they players can get a high adrenalin rush by getting involved in PvP (Player versus Player) battles or in the player versus environment battles. The game has ample features to make these battles enjoyable. The catch here is that you cannot just start the game and engage in a battle with an opponent who is at a much higher level than you. You need to carve your way to such levels and then beat your opponents in such battles.
The space setting of the game allows a lot of creativity to flow. There are certain rules and regulations. There is a security rating which every eve character has to follow. The security may range from a lawless to secure on a scale of 0 to 1 with 0 denoting lawless and 1 denoting secure. The Eve character has the objective of capturing one of the four powers available. The four powers that are available are financial power, Political power, market power and the military power. Most players go in with an impression that military power will give them more opportunities for battles but the truth is that every power is equally challenging and has ample battle opportunities.
The role playing and the space theme is not the entire game. The real game begins when gamers start to build a pack of their own. They form alliances with other players in the form of an eve character. However the game does not warrant that an eve character needs to get into an alliance with others. If a gamer chooses to compete on his own in the space, then he is at no disadvantage. The only catch is that he must adapt tactics suited for individual gameplay warhammer online account.
