How easy to use is the Lizardmen warhammer army?

I’m new to warhammer, having only played two games with the dark elves. I think the lizardmen army looks really cool, and i was wondering how much skill it takes to use?

The lizardmen are a pretty good force all around. Strong magic, solid infantry, and poison ranged attacks from the skinks. A solid block of Saurus Warriors, some skinks, and a skink priest will put the fear of the almighty in most foes.
