Warhammer Age Of reckoning Installation issues?

Ive just bought my WAR hammer collectors edition at Frys electronics in California.

Try to manually install the game.
Open the D: drive or the one the game is in and press Ctrl + A
Right click the desktop and create a new folder.
Open the folder and press Ctrl + V
After all the files are copied to your HDD install the game from that folder.
