Warhammer 40k Rulebook 5th Edition
Do you need the 5th edition Warhammer 40k rulebook to play? Where is the best place to buy it cheap?
I think I have the edition before the 5th edition. I don’t have the 5th edition. My edition hasn’t got the Necrons and it has a little over 263 pages and it has the slogan “In the grim darkness of the far future there is only war”.
The 4th Edition rulebook doesn’t include army lists but does have the Necrons as a featured army, so if yours doesn’t have it, then it sounds like you’ve got 3rd Edition (3rd Ed has a John Blanche painting of Black Templars on the front).
5th Edition is released worldwide on 30 Jun 2008 (so not long to wait). Pretty much everywhere will sell it for the list price of £30 for the basic rulebook, or £50 for the “Collector’s Edition”, “Player’s Edition” or the introductory boxed set.
