With out a doubt. And the next scheme has already started. The middle class in the USA has ether fell behind or is starting to get “Too rich”. To curtail this move they triple the costs of higher education and flood the work force with cheap labor.This keeps only the best or “chosen” getting the education and it forces the rest of the middle class to compete at a lower wage (therefore never to get out from under their control).
