Can someone help me make a yu-gi-oh deck?

Can a kind soul out there help me make a solid and well-balanced yu-gi-oh deck. The most important thing i am looking out for is that every card in the deck has a purpose and that its best if most of the cards can be played anytime you draw them. Strategy decks are welcome, but i dont want strategies or card combos that only work one way, or have a small chance of working out.

Well if you really good deck you should make a deck w/ a lot good cards, not a deck around anything! Strategy is good but it’s way more important to look for a deck that works for you.
Well I would start out with easy to get but good cards like, snipe hunter, brain control, premature, sangan,fissure,nobleman of C.,book of moon,smashing ground,torrential,night assailant,spirit reaper,monster reborn, MST,Sakuretsu,lighting vortex, scapegoat,heavy storm,bottomless,dekoichi,enemy con.,exiled,treeborn,and pot of av. Most of these come from decks so that should be no trouble. Now for harder cards like dd assailant, dd warrior lady, dd survivor, marshmallon,grand mole, kycoo,swords,mirror force,don zaloog,dimensional prison,maybe jinzo,and most importantly Cyber Dragon! You shouldn’t make a deck around d-hero or crystal beast, their usually not that good, never make a cloudian deck I tried that an wow it really sucks! I hope this help…
