How do I explain that my boyfriend’s not “old”?

My boyfriend is only 20, and I just turned 19. One of my friends teased him about cradle robbing, and he took it to heart. It really freaks him out that he’s not a teenager anymore and that a lot of his friends (he’s the youngest of the bunch, but not by much) are married and/or have kids of thier own. I’ve done everything I can think of to convince him he’s not “old” but it doesn’t seem to do much good. Yesterday some five year old kid saw him looking at star wars stuff in a toy store and asked him what he was getting for his kid. It really crushed my boyfriend… he’s not normally insecure about hings like this. How can I convince him he’s not as old as he thinks he is?
