Fantastic LEGO Star Wars Slave I 8097 Set

8097 Slave I is to be released in August 2010 as part of the Classic Star Wars line. Included are Boba Fett (new layout), Bossk, Han Solo and Han Solo (Redisigned Carbonite) minifigures. According towards box image, it includes most of 6209 Slave I’s pieces in different shades, a couple of new tweaked pieces, and attributes it had prior to. A replacement function is rather than a huge missile launcher inside front, there’s a function where you’ll be able to shoot four smaller missiles out of it.

The initial placed 7144 was produced from generic Lego bricks and released in 2000. It was followed by set 7153 Jango Fett’s Slave 1 featuring Boba and his father Jango in 2002 and this was a major redesign featuring a number of new specialised pieces.

In 2010 Lego again revisits Boba Fett and Slave 1, this time featuring possibly the ideal version figure of Boba himself, if not maybe the ship itself. Lego 8097, released as part of Lego’s Star Wars 2010 2nd wave, comes with three minifigures; Boba Fett, Bossk and a Han Solo figure that can be fitted to a carbonite block for authentic carbon freeze re-enactment.

The ship looks fairly similar to the previous incarnation, save for the colors which stand out as being very bright versions of their cinematic counterparts. The main colors are dark greens and reds. The lego 8097 established consists of four stickers which four stickers. This design is very smooth. And you’ll find flick fire missiles which Lego appears to be adding to every new Star Wars placed these days.

But the main appeal for fans will be the figures, the new Boba Fett figure and the exclusive Bossk. Bossk can be a great representation on the Trandoshan bounty hunter and fans can now finally re-enact the popular scene from Empire Strike Back which introduced the bounty hunter scum Boba Fett, Dengar, Bossk and IG-88.

The Boba Fett figure has been featured in seven sets since 2000 and has also had a very sought following white model created for promotional purposes. The Boba Fett figure featured in this fixed is the most comprehensive and screen accurate edition Lego has launched as well as the colours are basically glorious. The detail is also wonderful, featuring battle damage to his armour, a helmet separate from his jet pack plus a fully thorough face.

At reasonably priced price and with 573 pieces, overall it’s a superb fixed for fans who don’t already have 1 in the other versions and for those seeking the new figures. And like most Slave 1 sets this won’t last too extended on shelves.
