Where do I get a good darth maul toy lighsaber?

Hello everybody.
It is going to be my little cousin’s birthday party.
And like me he is a huge star wars fan.
Except he likes to wave a toy lightsaber around and hit people with it (lol)
He asked me if I could get him a TOY lightsaber.
People might suggest I get that Darth Maul fx replica sword (the really costly one) but I don’t want him to hurt himself
Can someone tell me where I can get a pretty hard lightsaber toy so that he doesen’t break it and he wants it to have (darth maul, double sabers) the special effect where it makes the sounds when you move it and when you strike something?
