For instance, there is umpteen Monopoly versions. Star Wars, Star Trek, Football teams monopolly, etc.

Or Family Guy Operation
To purists like myself i prefer the original Clue and Operation, but understand as America has dumbed down it is essential to reach out to these folks. Personally, i find Family Guy not worthy of even being a show, much less degrading a board game.
