Star Trek Klingon Bird Of Prey
Hey Trekies… I’ve got a question about one of the origonal Star Trek movies. Can you help?
In which movie does Uhura speak Klingon while part of the crew is aboard a bird of prey (I think). They are trying to pass as Klingon’s. I think it may be Star Trek four The Voyage Home. Is this correct? Thanks…. this is really bothering me.

No the only movie she ever speaks Klingnon was Part 6 Undiscovered Country.
The reason that happens is that Kirk and McCoy are taken prisoner after being accused of helping asssasinate their leader.
The reason for the talk is that later in the movie, the Enterprise is trying to get near a prison planet where Kirk and McCoy are being held prisoner and must get passed first a sentry outpost. They have to use a klingnon dictionary (a real one) to do so.
