I have to make alrond from the lord of the rings for english class. (life size) any suggestions on clothes?

I cont afford a full on costume for a stupid school project and its due next thursday. the things about 4 ft tall and normal person size. my teacher wants it true to the book/movie HELP ME PLEASE im a girl, and i couldnt care less about the hobbit or elrond or J.R.R Tolkien but this is a major grade and frankly i need to do well

I’m assuming ‘alrond’ is Elrond. There are ridiculous amounts of LOTR fan-costume sites on the internet, admittedly less for the smaller roles like Elrond. I suggest you look at some of those, here’s a couple to get you started:

My advice would then be to visit charity shops for some old clothes and cut and stick/sew those as best you can, following the above and other images.
