But the trick is to cook recipes that will give you more profits. So you must choose a recipe that has a lower cost, a shorter time to cook and gain more coins when sold.

The layout of your café indeed matter a lot. Make a good lay out that will improve your buzz. A good layout uses your environment well, by maximizing the use of space, while leaving the right amount of space for people to get through. You need to arrange your furniture so that your customers will actually be able to get to all of the available tables and chairs. Set your tables up in a way that it makes it easy for your waiters to come around.

To increase your buzz points, you must make your customers happy. That is by having enough food for all your customers and serving them on time.
