Call Of Duty First Strike Wii
XBox or XBox 360 or Wii or Ps3 ?
I am too much fascinated with FPS games (first person shooter) such as Half Life 2 , Far Cry, Call of Duty , Manhunt and … . I have also been playing Counter Strike Source online with my computer for 2 years.
And my only concern is playing games on TV or a regular monitor.
According to my taste, which one would be the one that you experienced gamers would suggest me to buy ?
XBox or XBox 360 or Wii or Ps3 … ?
Thanks
here are all the known facts for you, want more proof ask me for more..
Buy an xbox360, you will not be disappointed, ps3 will have major problems later, there are now a whole pile of games that are going to be for the xbox360 only, due to the wii cant handle the graphics and ps3 cant handle the programming and other stuff, people think ps3 will get better because they are on bluray discs, meaning in the future they could be on 100 to 200gb discs, yeah thats alot of space, but how will they work when they cant program some games now because it cant handle the games the xbox360 can…. ok this should make your mind up i buy xbox360 magazine every month and last month they interviewed one of the games director from UBISOFT “danny lepage” who makes games for both ps3 and the xbox360 has officially said in the interview that “Splinter Cell: Conviction” released end of 2007 is “Never going to come out on the PS3 or the Wii” he said that “the wii does not have the graphical power to run it, and the PS3 cant handle the programming like the xbox360, i can photo copy the page with the interview if you want, and also over 10 games and counting will be xbox360 only due to cant run on ps3, so let people say well ps3 will have more disc space, if xbox360 can create games that ps3 cant handle on a everyday dual layer dvd, then good luck to ps3…
The ps3 has apparently plays most ps1 and ps2 games where as xbox can play around 200-300, but the grows monthly with updates you download and install, i have a few xbox1 games, gladly all the ones i like work……give it a year or so and all games will work…….
Truth be known the ps3 has a yes a slightly more processor using Cell, which is actually said be all the people who make their games that its so real hard to program with compaired to the xbox360, even having a slightly more powerful processor it doesnt have enough surrounding memory etc to help back it up…. with the graphics power of the xbox360 has more graphics memory for more realistic texture than the ps3..
ATARI said they will no longer make games for the PS3 because its not only is it harder to program on its costs way more to make,
Here is a list that wont make it to PS3 due to not enough power to run them and or just too expensive to make:
1) smackdown vs raw 2007
2) thesis
3) killing day
4) endless saga
5) nba live
6) fear and respect
7) splinter cell: conviction
elveon
9) dark rpg
10) black blade
another excuse people say with the blu-ray is better, i have studied these been to shops watched and heard interviews before making my choice, which is the reason i bought the xbox360 and the hd dvd player, people say blu-ray have bigger disc space and will grow, blu-ray are currently on 25gb, check the back of blu-ray movies and you will see somewhere it says bd-25 meaning 25gb which is half the intended 50gb, where as hd-dvd will say hd-30 meaning 30gb, yeah 25 will grow to 50gb, hd-dvd has already made fun with the 51gb discs, this should not be the reason for choice because of of the gb size, both will be in the 100-200gb, but with hd-dvd you have more features, you can watch different camera angles on the action and watch special features all with out ending the movie it has picture in picture for special features or full screen of course if you dont want to watch the movie, the menu system on some blu-ray movies are clunky where as hd-dvd are always smooth, you can even record segments from a hd-dvd movie if you wish to watch it later, anything you want to do can be done without ending the movie, this is the reason hd-dvd has more space, also hd-dvd’s are region free and some are hd-dvd/dvd combo’s meaning you turn the disc over to play in standard dvd players, also being an add-on for the 360 unlike ps3, you wont wear it out with games and movies like ps3 on the same machine, also blu-ray can be damaged more easy from marks and cant read because the movie is encoded near the very top layer of the disc, blu-ray aslo uses a 10 yr old compression mpeg 2, where as hd-dvd uses new latest technology called vc1 for improved quality…. good thinking sony hahahaha…
some ps3 exclusive games are now on the way to xbox360 like virtua fighter 5, and also tekken is also in the works on 360,
you may heard that people say that ps3 can display 1080p where xbox360 can only do 1080i, but xbox360 has released the xbox360 elite which is available soon not rumoured, and it has now 1080p with the new hdmi port, check xbox.com for info on the elite for proof,
want proof with the blu-ray and hd-dvd quality check these not 1 but 3 examples for proof, read the bottom overall “final thoughts” blu-ray vs hd-dvd
movie 1 “training day” http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/trainingday.html
movie 2 “kiss kiss bang bang” http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/kisskissbangbang.html
movie 3 “rumour has it” http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/rumorhasit.html
i think this should answer your question….
XBOX360 is far more superior than PS3, ask around and see if you “splinter cell” conviction” will be released on ps3, i already told you but ask away…
go to any gaming shop and check out tony hawks game, on both systems, xbox360 has clearer and much much better lighting and shading as with alot of other games, in call of duty 3, some parts were takin out like some of the character locations in the game and some shading and shadowing….
check out this link below for game comparison, look at the other game links in the menu for other ps3 vs xbox360

i own fight night 3 and so realistic its not funny, the crowd looks real, and i just recently a few days ago saw the ps3 version i almost wet my pants from laughing, the crowd in the background look blocky, on the 360 you always looking around because it looks so cool, thats why you get knocked out because your admiring everthing, ps3 versions takes twice as long to load, and 3 times as long to load a quick game, also rear view mirrors in racing games on ps3 are missing some reflections like buildings or trees unlike 360 where as what you see in front is what you see behind period……..
anything you want to know message me, i will answer anything you need to know, let the PS3 fans waste money and watch their system die due to cant produce games that are released for the 360……….
hope this helps……. this is not even 1% what i can tell you about the both, i dont buy anything without learning about it first which is what i did for many months, i was leaning to xbox360 anyway but i waited for answers instead of standing in a line on release day for the console……..
final word, you will never see a PS3 in my house unless i need a foot rest……………………..
P.s., i also have a Wii but this should not be compared to both, since nintendo will always be designed as a family console, but also a cool machine, i pick Wii over PS3 any time….
